Policy Terms & Conditions
  • Refund Type: Full Refund for the purchase price of the product. (Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.)
  • Timeframe: Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Usage Limit: Our guarantee covers up to one (1) used or empty bottle. For multi-packs, only one bottle may be opened. Requests will not be approved if more than one bottle has been opened or used.
  • Photo or Video Proof Required: To process your claim, you must send a clear photo or short video showing all bottles in your order, with any additional bottle clearly demonstrated as unopened and factory-sealed.
  • Return of Unopened Items: Any unopened/sealed bottles must be shipped back to our facility to qualify for a refund.
  • Return Shipping Fees: Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs. Return shipping fees are non-refundable.
How to Request a Refund
  1. Contact our support team within 30 days of receiving your package.
  2. Provide your order number along with a clear photo or video displaying all bottles (showing one opened/used and any remaining bottle fully sealed).
  3. Once your claim is reviewed, our team will provide return address details for the unopened bottle(s).
  4. Ship the unopened item(s) back to our facility. Upon receipt and inspection, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
